January 16, 2023 marks the 28th anniversary of the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Observed annually on the third Monday in January as “a day on, not a day off,” this federally recognized holiday encourages all Americans to honor Dr. King through service to one another and to their communities.
