I’m Tony Fischer and I would appreciate your five star vote for SCC delegate.

I believe we need to communicate our positive message in a better way, especially about safeguarding the rights and freedoms of people. We also need to unite and neutralize the effects of those that would divide us.

I campaigned and served in various capacities in the Democratic Party in three states while maintaining a professional career, helping to raise my family and earning my college education. I’ve been elected twice as District Leader from House District 42 and I am Vice Chair of the Election Integrity Caucus (E/I) of the Democratic Party of Oregon.  Active on both the Campaign and Platform Committees and the Criminal Justice Study Group, I have nearly perfect attendance at Executive Board and all other meetings. I’ve worked on six successful resolutions – four of which are “priority” platform LAI’s (state and county). I’ve served as SCC alternate delegate from the E/I Caucus.

Being a good listener, being honest and remaining open-minded are some of the critical skills needed in this position. It would be an honor to represent our Multnomah Democrats at the SCC.
