I am a lifelong Democrat. I moved to Oregon from Ohio in 2014, and I’ve been a PCP in the Multnomah County Democratic Party since 2016. I am currently an alternate for the Multnomah County SCC delegation, and I’m the chair of the delegation. I don’t fail to attend SCC meetings. My position is, and has always been, that the number one function of the SCC (and the MultDems) is to elect Democrats to office. And both the DPO and the MultDems have been successful in 2024 in electing Democrats in Oregon. I assisted in that effort as a Neighborhood Leader Coordinator for my House District 43.

I want to continue to work to elect Democrats, both in Oregon and nationally. And I believe that my work with the SCC can be valuable in that effort.

In addition, as the chair of the Multnomah County SCC delegation, I’ve been successful in herding our cats to attend the meetings, and in promoting alternates.
