I, Mike DiNapoli, am honored to declare my candidacy for Congressional District Delegate representing Oregon’s 1st District. As a lifelong Oregonian, family man, tradesperson and small business owner. I have spent my life working across counties and communities, and understand the needs of everyday people.

As your Congressional District Delegate, my focus will be on bringing Oregon’s values to the national stage. I will advocate for federal policies that reflect our state’s commitment to working families, environmental protection and economic resilience. Our strength is in working alongside Oregon’s elected leaders to ensure we deliver on the needs of our people and our environment.

Oregon deserves a strong voice at the federal level—one that advocates for affordable housing, labor rights, climate action and vital services like mental health and addiction treatment. I ask for your support to help ensure that Oregon’s priorities are heard and acted upon in Washington, D.C.
