Candidate for:

SCC Delegate

Why I'm running.

Over the past few years, I have been engaged in grassroots organizing and campaigning all over Oregon, particularly outside the Metro area, and have seen and experienced over and over how important it for Democrats to do more to build capacity, coalitions, a deep bench—and reclaim seats. As an SCC Delegate, I would bring my experience to the SCC and work to to ensure county parties have the resources and support they need.

The experience I would bring to the SCC includes directing and working in communications and outreach for Kayse Jama in 2018 and Jamie McLeod-Skinner in the 2020 and 2022 cycles; cofounding the Team Jamie PAC and running a diverse slate of candidates from across the state in the May 2021 elections; volunteering my skills to rural candidates and organizations; joining the communications teams of Multnomah County Democrats and Health Care For All Oregon; and working with grassroots organizations across the state in leadership positions as a board member for Nasty Women Get Sh*t Done and a member of the leadership team of the Consolidated Oregon Indivisible Network to create opportunities for political engagement. I am also a PCP in HD42.

I have always worked for causes and campaigns that advance transparency, engagement, and progressive values (including campaign finance reform, universal healthcare, and saving the planet). I believe in the power of the people and know we can make 2024 a great year for Democrats in Oregon.

I ask for your 5-star vote.
