Margaret Foley
For several years, I’ve been deeply engaged in Democratic politics across Oregon and nationally. I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is to build capacity, coalitions and a deep bench. As an SCC Delegate, I’ll work to make sure county parties have what they need to win locally and statewide.
My background includes working in political communications and strategy on campaigns from school boards to county commissioners and state reps to members of Congress. I’ve organized grassroots teams to support candidates at all levels and volunteered my skills to support rural campaigns and grassroots organizations, such as Health Care for All Oregon, Nasty Women Get Sh*t Done, and the Consolidated Oregon Indivisible Network, helping create new opportunities for political engagement across the state.
Closer to home, I’ve volunteered on the Multnomah Dems Communication and Campaign and Candidate Liaison committees as well as regularly presenting at the Multnomah Dems Candidate Training.
I’m a PCP in HD42, and I’ve consistently fought for transparency, civil and reproductive rights, universal healthcare, campaign finance reform and climate action. I believe in the power of organizing and know that if we start now, we can make 2026 a great year for Oregon Democrats. I ask for your 5-star vote.
