Layla Assem

Hello, I’ve been an active and dedicated volunteer for the Multnomah County Dems and the Democratic Party of Oregon. I show up and do the work. I am currently the Assistant District Leader for HD47. I’m an SCC delegate to DPO where I belong to the Black Caucus, the Native American Caucus, Education Caucus, and am on the State Faur and Local Events Committee. I attend the county and state platform conventions where my main interests are Criminal Justice Reform, Tribal Sovereignty, History of Anti-Blackness, and Education.  We need delegates that are able to attend the SCC meetings and I will be dependable and represent you well.  Please vote for me.
