Dear Fellow Multnomah Democrats,

My name is April Milan, and I am running for State Central Committee Delegate to represent Multnomah County Democrats within the Democratic Party of Oregon. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and I am deeply grateful for my education through Portland Public Schools, which paved the way for earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC.

As a healthcare provider and union advocate, I am committed to advancing equity for all members of our community. I am a proud member of the Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals (OFNHP), Local 5017, where I work tirelessly to advocate for the rights of healthcare workers, the working class and the communities we serve. Through my role with OFNHP 5017’s Political Education Action Committee, I have collaborated with state leaders to pass transformative healthcare legislation in Oregon.

If elected as State Central Committee Delegate, I will leverage the power of collective action and collaboration to represent Multnomah Democrats effectively. Thank you for your support.
