As we move closer to the upcoming election, we find ourselves at a critical juncture. Now, more than ever, it is crucial that we rally behind a candidate who can unite our party and defeat Donald Trump. After careful consideration, we are standing firmly in full support of Joe Biden’s endorsement of Kamala Harris. His confidence in her abilities reinforces our belief that she is the right person to lead our country at this time. 

Kamala Harris has shown steadfast leadership, a deep commitment to American values, and a clear vision for a better future. Her extensive experience and proven ability to work across the aisle makes her the candidate best equipped to address the challenges our nation faces. From healthcare and reproductive rights, to public safety and social justice, climate change and economic recovery, Kamala Harris has demonstrated that she has the plans and the resolve to lead us forward. And as a former prosecutor she also has the skills to fully take Trump to task on his lies, crimes and autocratic plans. 

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Joe Biden for his invaluable service to our country as many see his time in office as one of the most productive and consequential terms in recent history. His leadership and dedication have inspired us all, and we are deeply grateful for his contributions to the nation. 

We recognize the diverse perspectives within our party, and we honor the passionate support for various candidates. However, we must come together now to ensure a unified front. The stakes are too high to risk division. Our collective goal is to nominate a candidate who can defeat Trump, and Kamala Harris is that candidate.
