Beginning Tuesday, October 14, nearly 4,000 Kaiser healthcare professionals — members of the Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals (OFNHP) — will go on strike for safe staffing, fair pay and quality patient care. They’ve cared for our community through every crisis. Now they’re asking us to show up for them and support them on the picket lines.

OFNHP asks for folks to show up at 7am on Tuesday, October 14, when workers walk off the job. They also welcome support each day of the five-day strike. Bring your friends, your signs and your solidarity and help make it clear that Portland backs the people who take care of us. Let them know what shifts you’ll show up for at the link.
