Conversations with Candidates

Between 6 and 7 pm, vote on top Platform items . You will have the opportunity to vote on your top 5 items from this list. Please review the list and come prepared to vote prior to 7 pm. Your vote will help determine the 5-8 focused messages for The Democratic Party of Multnomah County for the next critical 2 years. This focus and drive will help distinguish us as one of the most progressive counties in the nation — and most effective at making large-scale change. It will guide our messaging to create enthusiasm and connection to the local party. When we show our commitment, our legislators will know we stand behind them as they work on our message.

The following resolutions will be considered:

  1. 2020-02 Unification Rights Amendment
  2. 2020-04 Progressive Surtax on all income above $1 mil
  3. 2020-05 Homeless Services Ballot Measure – Metro

We will vote to fill vacancies for Precinct Committee Persons (list of nominees).

Thank you for everything that you do,
